Terms & Conditions of Service

Terms governing custom apparel production at BRAVA include:

• Each product category adheres to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), typically starting at 24 pieces per design (subject to textile and design complexity).
• An order is officially confirmed and queued for production once the client approves the formal Quotation/Invoice and fulfills the agreed Down Payment (DP).
• Order specifications (textile choices, fabric shades, size charts, printing/embroidery methods, and target deadlines) become final upon digital mockup/sample approval.

To ensure total fidelity before mass apparel manufacturing:

• We offer digital proofing (3D/2D mockups) as well as physical sample creation for qualifying order volumes.
• Physical sampling fees may be billed upfront and credited toward the total production invoice upon order confirmation.
• Specification changes requested after mass manufacturing commences cannot be accommodated without corresponding adjustments to production costs and timelines.

In textile and custom apparel manufacturing:

• Sizing Tolerance (Size Chart): A standard sewing industry tolerance of ± 1 to 2 cm applies across garment dimensions due to manual cutting and steam-ironing processes.
• Fabric Dye Lot Variations: Minor shade variances of 2–5% between dye lots from textile mills may occur due to screen calibration differences and industrial dyeing conditions.

Payment terms and protocols at BRAVA:

• A minimum Down Payment (DP) of 50% is required before raw material procurement and production commences.
• The remaining balance (50%) must be settled upon production completion (passed Quality Control) and prior to shipping or customer pickup.
• Official payments must be transferred solely to the designated corporate bank accounts specified on official BRAVA invoices.

Logistics and shipping guidelines:

• Deliveries are fulfilled via trusted cargo carriers or official courier services agreed upon in the invoice.
• Estimated transit times rely on third-party carriers. Delays caused by force majeure or courier operational hurdles remain outside BRAVA's direct control, though our team will assist in tracking until delivery.
• Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless promotional free shipping terms are explicitly agreed in writing.

BRAVA guarantees craftsmanship and production excellence:

• Manufacturing defect claims (e.g., unraveling seams, defective prints upon receipt, or misaligned embroidery) must be reported within 7 (seven) calendar days of order delivery.
• All claims must include clear unboxing video documentation and detailed high-resolution photos of the issue.
• Verified defects resulting from our production error will be repaired or remanufactured at no additional expense.
• Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, failure to observe garment care labels, or natural fair wear and tear.

All trademarks, company logos, and artwork provided by the client for apparel embellishment remain the sole responsibility and property of the client. The client represents that they possess full legal rights to use such assets and indemnifies BRAVA against any third-party copyright claims.

BRAVA reserves the right to document completed apparel items (portfolio photography and video) for our creative showcase and social media channels, unless a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed in advance.
